When are you open throughout the year?

We are open 52 weeks a year, only closing for public holidays and weekends.

How can I get updates about my child’s day?

We communicate with our families via two apps/websites called Storypark and Xplor. If you need help setting up your Storypark or Xplor access, please ask at the centre or call the centre directly and we’d be more than happy to help!

Updates come in the form of:

• Daily posts on Storypark, often with the inclusion of a photo. Monthly observations specific to your child focusing on their development and learning
• Documentation of your child’s eating, toileting, and sleeping will all be recorded on Xplor.

It’s my child’s birthday, can I bring a cake?

Of course! We allow families to bring in cupcakes, cookies or muffins, but you must provide an ingredients list as we have some children with allergies.

What do I need to bring to Being?

There are a few things your child will need to bring with them to Being every day so we made a list to make it easier to remember everything.

Please make sure to label everything with your child’s name so that it isn’t misplaced!

• The most important thing to remember is a big happy smile 😁 (don’t worry too much if you forget this one sometimes, your educators will make sure to help you find it if you do)
