Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the Customer Onboarding Manager position at Mews. With an extensive background in education, childcare, and customer service, I am confident in my ability to guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into Mews.

My experience as an Enrolments Officer at Being Early Education Remote involved managing general enquiries and enrolments for over 300 children across five services, a role that required a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Furthermore, my role as the owner of CAG Childcare has provided me with valuable knowledge about establishing and managing all areas of a business, including operations, finance, marketing, and research and development. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to manage a variety of tasks and stakeholders, which I believe would be beneficial in the Customer Onboarding Manager role.

I have also demonstrated my ability to work collaboratively within a team throughout my career. For example, while serving as a Boarding Supervisor for the Catholic Diocese in Wagga Wagga, I collaborated with a diverse team to manage a boarding house, emphasizing the spiritual, moral, emotional, and educational development of boarders.

Further, my educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Educational Studies from Charles Sturt University, where I was awarded the Wagga Wagga Teachers College Alumni Association Scholarship in 2021. I also hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care from TAFE NSW Digital.
